Tasks We're hiring a Chief of Staff to join us full time in Berlin, working closely with the Partners across investments, firm building and strategic projects.
The role is available as of September.
Revent is a small team by design, which means this role carries real weight.
You'll be a trusted sparring partner to the Partners, owning high leverage projects and driving the operational backbone that allows us to move fast and create real value to society as well as our stakeholders (founders & investors).
Your scope is broad and will evolve with you.
In a given week, you might: Work directly with the Partners on fund strategy and high priority initiatives that shape the direction of the firm.
Identify and implement operational improvements across our internal processes, infrastructure, and tooling, including building out our AI and tech stack to make the team more effective.
