To support our Chief Executive Officer, we are looking for a Head of Business Transformation (m/f/d) who will lead strategic transformation initiatives across the organization, further develop management systems and establish sustainable organizational improvements.

In this key position, you will work closely with the Executive Team and senior leaders across all business functions, playing an active role in shaping the future development of our group.

Aufgaben As Head of Business Transformation, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving strategic transformation initiatives across our group of companies.

You will work closely with our CEO and leaders from Finance, IT, HR, Sales and Operations to ensure that strategic initiatives are successfully implemented and sustainably embedded within the organization.
