Your Mission You will own the system level integration of the Counter UAS platform, ensuring seamless interaction between mechanical, electrical, powertrain, propulsion, avionics, software and auxiliary systems.

You will play a key role in derisking designs, leading integration and verification activities, and supporting the transition to serial production.
What is your Day to Day Mission:System‑level integration of propulsion (BLDC motors, ESCs, batteries), avionics (sensors, data links, antennas, flight controller, companion computer), payloads, mechanical structures, and auxiliary systems (boosters, charging and storage infrastructure) Hands‑on root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting of complex, cross‑disciplinary integration issues in close collaboration with mechanical, electronics, and software engineers, as well as external partners and suppliers Definition and implementation of sub-system interfaces in coordination with cross discipline engineering teams and suppliers (wiring, interfaces & connectors, communications protocols, power budgets, thermal management) Planning, coordination, and execution of integration, testing and verification activities across the full product lifecycle—from early prototypes to series‑production systems Technical guidance and mentoring of junior engineers during int.
