You will own the strategy to rapidly scale our European Premium segment, driving a monumental step-change in market share and setting new industry benchmarks.

</li> <li>Business Development: Drive premium supply growth by building profitable partnerships and serving as the primary face of Lyft Premium in Europe.
</li> <li>Demand Generation: Collaborate with marketing teams to build segment demand through effective partnerships and campaigns.
</li> <li>P&L & Financial Forecasting: Maintain full P&L ownership, ensuring target margins and accurate growth forecasting.
</li> <li>Operational Framework: Create a scalable operating model for the Premium segment while ensuring compliance and localized deployment.
</li> <li>Service Standards: Enforce "best-in-class" luxury experience standards, covering vehicle quality, safety, and driver behavior to ensure premium bran.
