Engineering Manager - Automation Platform (x/f/m)

<p>We are looking for an <strong>Engineering Manager</strong> to join Doctolib's <strong>Automation Platform</strong> (AUTOP) team, which empowers all Doctolib engineers to build, test, and deploy software with confidence and speed.

</p> <p>As part of the Platform organization, Autop’s mission is to <strong>build and maintain the automation infrastructure and developer tools</strong> that enable our engineering teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently.

Every feature shipped at Doctolib — from appointment booking to teleconsultation to AI-powered clinical tools — flows through AUTOP's automation infrastructure.

AUTOP (Automation Platform) is responsible for critical developer-facing systems including: CI/CD automation, testing infrastructure (unit, integration, E2E, contract, visual regression), local and ephemeral development environments, release management, dependency management, and developer productivity tooling.
