Joining as our Sr HR Business Partner - EMEA, you’ll own and execute Klaviyo’s HRBP Playbook, partnering with leaders across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and the broader EMEA region, often supporting them from a different location to your own
You’ll act as a thought partner for leaders and a trusted confidant to employees, coaching them on aligning teams to business objectives and enhancing team culture through learning and development, talent management, and performance management.
</p> <p>A key focus of this role is supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across EMEA Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships.
You’ll bring strong employment law expertise across multiple EMEA jurisdictions and navigate complex employee relations situations with confidence.
Experience working with works councils is advantageous and welcomed.
