Working closely with our CMO, you'll develop creative partnerships that strengthen both brands, build long-term creator relationships, and turn influencer marketing into one of our key growth channels.
Was erwartet dich bei uns?Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for Yoshi en and EdeneveBuild and manage long-term relationships with creators, talent agencies, and managementsPlan and execute influencer campaigns from briefing to reportingIdentify new creators and partnerships that fit each brand's positioningNegotiate collaborations and manage campaign budgetsAnalyse campaign performance and continuously optimize based on KPIs and learningsWork closely with Brand, Creative, Social Media, PR and E-Commerce teams to ensure consistent storytelling across all channelsSupport product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand activationsStay on top of influencer, social media and beauty/lifestyle trends to bring new ideas into the businessWas du mitbringst4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social media marketingStrong understanding of the DACH creator landscape across Instagram, TikTok and YouTubeExperience managing influencer campaigns from strategy through execution and reportingCommercial mindset with confidence managing budgets and analysing campaign performanceStrong project management.
