Your Impact

Join our team to bring next-generation RF sensor products from concept to reliable, scalable production

As a Senior Systems Engineer I, you will own the hardware lifecycle for RF-based counter-drone detection systems, working across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and certification.

You will also contribute to early technical decisions such as concept definition and component selection.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of RF sensor hardware, from early prototypes through production ramp and sustaining support.
  • Support early-phase development through concept definition and component selection (RF, compute, power, and interfaces).
  • Drive manufacturing readiness, including design for manufacturing and testing, pilot builds, production bring-up, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with production, suppliers/CMs, and quality teams to solve production issues, improve yield, and implement product changes.
  • Support compliance and certification activities (e.g., RED/FCC), including test planning, lab coordination, technical documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Lead system-level integration across RF subsystems, mechanical and electrical interfaces, and supporting compute and power elements.
