The Role: Owns full-cycle recruiting for high-volume operations roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience Develops and executes scalable sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality candidate slates Builds and manage talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring needs Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent aligned with business goals and culture Uses data, market insights, and AI tools to identify talent pools and improve hiring outcomes You’ll be successful if you have: More than 7 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter Demonstrated success managing high-volume or cohort hiring, coordinating sourcing, interviews, and offers to support large hiring waves Proven ability to proactively solve recruiting challenges and deliver on.
