THE ROLE OVERVIEW As a Working Student – Process Implementation & Digitalization Support (m/f/d) in the Process & Digitalization team, you will support the implementation and improvement of business processes across the organisation.
The role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, active communication and alignment, as well as hands-on support in creating presentations, analyses, and digital tools.
In addition, you will gain valuable insights into the full project life cycle of a solar renewable energy project, covering multiple aspects such as project management, technical development, and commercial topics.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to understand how renewable energy projects are planned, executed, and optimised, while contributing to process excellence and digital transformation initiatives.
TASKS Support process implementation initiatives, including documentation, coordination, and follow-up activities.
Communicate and align with various stakeholders, for example business departments, IT, and process owners.
Prepare and maintain presentations, meeting materials, and status updates using PowerPoint.
Assist in creating and improving dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Optionally support the development of simple tools or apps using Power Apps.
Contribute to general topics and ad hoc tasks within the Process & Digitalization team.
