Tasks Build, launch, and manage cold email outreach sequences targeting our ideal customer profile Design and run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, send times, and sequence structure Analyze outreach performance and turn findings into concrete next steps Support demand generation on LinkedIn with content ideas, posting, engagement, and outbound connection outreach Research and build targeted prospect lists within our core verticals Track and report on key growth metrics and campaign KPIs, and help maintain reporting dashboards Keep CRM and outreach data clean, organized, and up to date Assist with competitive research and messaging positioning Support the creation of supporting content (one-pagers, case studies, LinkedIn posts) used in outreach Pitch in on ad hoc growth experiments as opportunities come up.
Genuine interest in B2B SaaS, sales, and growth marketing Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to draw conclusions, not just report numbers Quick learning curve for tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Slack, etc.
A self-starter who's comfortable figuring things out and asking questions.
