, business insight, good judgement, accountability and the ability to collaborate will be essential to growth in a multifaceted, cross-functional setting.What will you do?Support sales incentive compensation for North American Laboratory Products field sales teams.Involvement in sales compensation plan design for team members who are eligible under the Sales Incentive Plans (SIP).Review monthly incentive compensation payouts, revenue adjustments and performance.Involvement in month-end reporting and preparation of revenue data reports for monthly review.Ensure accurate data quality and maintenance in the Sales Data Warehouse and Xactly Incent.Help coordinate the Sales Rep Product/Channel responsibility matrix, ensuring accurate implementation and documentation of changes.Support the Sales Territory Management process, including territory mapping and documentation.Provide ad-hoc reporting and insights to the teams you support.Preferred characteristics:Candidate must present an approachabl...
