This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
What You’ll DoTranslate customer feedback into actionable product insights and help shape new features.

Assist with drafting product specifications and feature requests based on real customer use cases.
Set up and configure customer accounts tailored to their business needs.
Be the go-to technical contact for German customers via support chat, WhatsApp, or email.
Join customer calls alongside Account Managers to provide product expertise and ensure smooth onboarding.
Provide administrative support, maintaining customer records and tracking key engagement metrics.
What Makes You a Great FitCurrently in the final year of a top engineering or business school, or taking a gap year from one.
Structured, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interest in customer success, sales, and customer engagement.
Ideally start in September/October.
Available for at least 5 month internship in our Berlin office.
