As we scale toward €100m+ annual revenue by 2026, we are looking for a COO who will act as the CEO’s right hand in a founder-led business and take ownership of execution across the company.

You will be working with a small group of senior people across Commercial, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring the company runs effectively and moves forward as one.
We operate in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, so you need to be comfortable adapting quickly and working with a high degree of change.
The CEO will focus on growth, product, and direction.
Your role is to make sure things actually happen, that priorities are clear, teams are aligned, and execution follows through.
Our operational setup is intentionally complex, spanning multiple legal entities, warehouses, partners, and markets, simplifying it is not the objective; executing it well is.
As we scale, improving customer experience and operational performance is a key priority.
