Your Mission:As Team Lead Airborne Electronics (all genders), you will join the VÆRIDION Technology team and lead the development of airborne electronic hardware supporting the propulsion battery system.
You will be responsible for guiding the design, development, integration, and verification of electronic systems for battery management, high-voltage monitoring, and power electronics supporting VÆRIDION’s CS-23 all-electric aircraft.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team developing airborne electronics for battery management systems, high-voltage sensing and protection, and power electronics such as solid-state power controllers and inverter interfaces.
This role combines technical leadership, system integration oversight, and program coordination, ensuring that electronic systems supporting the propulsion battery system meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Your work will directly contribute to the development of the high-voltage electrical power system at the core of VÆRIDION’s electric propulsion architecture.
Your Day-to-Day:Lead the design and development of airborne electronic hardware supporting propulsion battery monitoring, control, protection, and high-voltage power distribution.
Define system architectures and hardware concepts for battery management electronics, high-voltage monitoring and protection systems, solid-state power controllers (SSPCs), and inverter interface electronics.
Oversee schematic capture, PCB development, and component selection for both low-voltage control electronics and high-voltage power electronics systems.
Establish and implement airborne electronics development processes aligned with aviation standards and certification.
