Your Mission:As a Senior Quality Manager (all genders), you will define, build-up and implement all Quality, Compliance und HSE processes and activities from the shopfloor up to the national & international regulatory authorities.

Play a pivotal role in our journey to sustainable aviation by providing a state-of-the-art quality management system.

 Your Day-to-Day:Own the end-to-end quality process.

• Develop and implement an efficient, robust quality management system to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory.

Interface to customers, certification bodies, and authorities for quality related topics.

Promoting a culture of quality and safety.

 Your Profile:5–7 years of professional experience in quality management.

Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Extensive experience in Aircraft Development Programs, demonstrating industry-specific knowledge and expertise.

In depth-knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS/EN9100) and regulations (LBA, EASA).

Strong understanding of QMS, Audits, CAPA and HSE-Management.

Ability to integrate the QMS with other company systems (e.
