Your Mission:Be part of aviation history at VÆRIDION, where we’re pioneering the world’s first electric nine-seater aircraft! As a (Senior) Manufacturing Engineer (all genders), you'll play a pivotal role in the development, optimization and scaling of various manufacturing processes, workflows, and the tooling required for the successful production of our high-voltage aircraft battery propulsion system.
You’ll work closely alongside cross-functional teams, including design, testing, and operations, to ensure that the manufacturing of our battery module/pack is safe, efficient, and compliant with aerospace standards.

Your Day-to-Day:Manufacturing Process Development:Design, optimize and validate manufacturing processes for battery module and pack assembly.
Create and maintain relevant documentation including process description documents, work instructions/operating procedures and training materials for the team.
Manufacturing Capability Development:Specify and lead the implementation of specialised production equipment, including automation systems.
Plan facility upgrades with a focus on layout, workflow optimization, scalability, equipment integration while adhering to safety regulations.
