VP Finance (all genders)

Your Mission:As VP Finance (all genders) at VÆRIDION, you will build and lead the financial backbone of a capital-intensive deep-tech aerospace scale-up.

You will drive financial steering, ensure strong finance hygiene, and lead financing and fundraising activities to support our transition from development to industrialization.

You will work closely with the executive leadership team and act as a key strategic partner across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions.

A strong focus of this role lies on structuring and executing asset financing, venture debt, development credits, and fundraising activities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

 Your Day-to-Day:Own company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Establish scalable financial governance, reporting standards, and KPI frameworks.

Build scalable finance processes, tools, and systems supporting the transition from startup to industrial manufacturing organization.

Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Business teams to support data-driven decisions.

Structure and execute asset financing solutions for equipment, tooling, and production assets.

• Lead structuring and negotiation of venture debt and development credit financing.

Build and manage relationships with banks, debt providers, and financing partners.

• Support equity fundraising processes including financial modeling, investor materials, and due diligence.

• Own financial data rooms, investor reporting, and financing-related analysis.
• Support building and developing the finance function as the company scales.

• Act as sparring partner for executive leadership on financial strategy, risk, and capital allocation.

 Your Profile:Around 10 years of experience in Finance, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Investment, or similar.

Experience in at least one startup, scale-up, or fast-growing dynamic environment is strongly preferred.
