:Own the agronomic logic behind farmer-facing recommendation and assessment engines.Translate agronomic principles into digital products and clear product and engineering specifications.Own and evolve digital agronomy products, including digital decision-support and assessment tools for farmersExpand Klim’s capabilities for regenerative practices in temperate arable systems, including method prioritization, trade-off assessment, and scientific evidence integration.Own and review agronomic datasets, literature, and assumptions used in digital products.Contribute to roadmap and prioritization decisions based on farmer value, willingness to pay, partner value, technical feasibility, and strategic relevance.Validate agronomic models, algorithms, and prototypes by challenging assumptions, stress-testing outputs against field reality, and approving agronomic soundness before release.Support farmer validation throu...
