Working closely with Finance, Product, Operations and senior leadership, you’ll support both day-to-day decision-making and strategic topics such as growth initiatives, pricing and headcount planning.

YOUR MISSIONAct as a strategic finance partner to business leads, translating complex financial questions into clear insights, decision-ready models and actionable recommendationsLead the annual budget cycle, driving the end-to-end planning, alignment and consolidation of financial budgets across the organizationBuild and own ad hoc financial models to support key business decisions such as headcount planning, business cases, pricing and cost optimisationOwn and continuously maintain rolling forecasts, incorporating actuals and evolving assumptions to ensure a reliable, forward-looking financial viewPrepare monthly management reporting, including variance analysis and leadership commentary, leveraging AI tools to accelerate first drafts while ensuring high accuracy and qualityDrive the continuous evolution of FP&A processes, dashboards and tooling with a strong focus on automation and reducing manual spreadsheet workShape and scale a modern, high-impact FP&A function in close alignment with financial stakeholdersYOUR PROFILEAdvanced financial modelling expertise, with Excel as a core skill; experience with FP&A tools.
