As Head of Performance Marketing, you will own and scale our global performance marketing strategy across Books & Media and Fashion.
You will transform our current setup into a unified, full-funnel growth engine by combining deep hands-on expertise (especially in Google) with strong leadership to drive sustainable international growth and build a high-performing team.
Your mission Own and scale performance marketing across multiple verticals and international markets Take full responsibility for a large, multi-million annual marketing budget and drive efficient allocation across all channels Drive scalable, profitable growth with a strong foundation in Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX, Demand Gen), while expanding into a more diversified, full-funnel channel mix Put new customer acquisition at the center of your strategy, balancing CAC and CLTV to maximize long-term value Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 10 performance marketers, building a strong, unified team across business units Establish a high-performance culture with clear standards, ownership, and a strong test-and-learn mindset Ensure excellence across all relevant channels, including Search, Shopping, Paid Social, Display, and Retargeting Define and implement clear KPIs and reporting frameworks, shifting towards blended CAC, cohort thinking, and growth-driven metrics Act as a key business partner to the Chief Growth Officer and senior stakeholders, aligning marketing with overall business goals Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, BI, MarTech, SEO, CRM, and Brand to unlock growth opportunities Your profile 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Search and the Google ecosystem Proven experience in disciplinary and functional leadership, leading and developing teams of up to 10 people in an in-house environment Strong track record of managing multi-million euro budgets, id.
