Responsabilidades
: Deliver features end-to-end in a cross-functional team, from ideation and design to implementation, rollout, and operations Work across the entire stack, from backend to frontend Use AI tools (e.g., OpenCode, Copilot) responsibly and help establish best practices within the team Ensure operational quality with a strong focus on performance, security, stability, scalability, and observability Actively contribute to architectural and design decisions Support and grow the team through mentoring and pair programming Help define and improve standards for testing, code quality, and CI/CD Build clean APIs, well-designed data models, and high-performance user experiences Your profile Several years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer Strong experience in backend development with PHP and/or Go, combined with hands-on experience in Flutter Ability and willingness to work across both backend (PHP/Go) and frontend (Flutter) as part of a unified stack Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality Solid understanding of MySQL, relational data models, and API design Experience with AWS and containerized deployments; Kubernetes is a plus Systems thinking across architectural and technological boundaries Independent, structured working style with strong analytical
