What You Will Be DoingDrive high-priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion.
Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners.
Help identify opportunities and solve operational challenges.
Represent A1 at events, communities, and external engagements.
Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives.
Take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
