Your roleAs our IT Support Specialist you’ll be part of the IT Engineering & Operations department in Berlin, within the Operations & Support team, providing high-quality IT support to employees locally and remotely across multiple countries.
You’ll ensure a smooth employee experience while maintaining reliability, compliance, and operational excellence across our workplace environment.
Provide local and remote IT support to employees through our ticketing system, remote sessions, and on-site assistanceTroubleshoot and resolve incidents related to macOS devices, workplace applications, identity access, and collaboration toolsSupport onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processesMaintain and improve IT documentation and operational proceduresEnsure devices and users remain compliant with company policies and standardsSupport endpoint management activities through MDM platformsCollaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to roll out new tools, standards, and improvementsParticipate in operational projects and continuous service improvement initiativesEscalate and coordinate complex issues with engineering teams when requiredContribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and asset lifecycle managementYour profileStrong experience supporting macOS environmentsMac Troubleshooting experienceGood understanding of identity management and endpoint management conceptsExperience with MDM solutions (Addigy, Jamf, Intune, or similar)Experience working with some of the tools like Slack, Google Workspace, Passwords manager, Britella, Snipe-IT or other assets managersCustomer-oriented mindset with structured troubleshooting methodologyExperience working with ticketing systems and IT service processes (ITIL knowledge is a plus)Basic scripting knowledge is appreciatedStrong communication and collaboration skillsFluent English; German is a plus2–5 years of experience in IT Support, Workplace IT, or IT OperationsWhat we offerAn appealing discount on all of our products – f.
