What You'll DoAct as a right hand to the Director of Finance, preparing decision briefs, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and keeping projects on track.
Contribute to accurate, reliable financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
Assist with operational controlling, including budget planning, financial forecasting, and liquidity tracking.
Build monthly reports, conduct ad hoc deep dives, and translate data into clear, decision-ready analysis.
Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual workflows using AI tools, low-code platforms, and smart integrations.
Help transition the finance function from static reporting to dynamic, AI-enhanced financial intelligence.
Coordinate with tax advisors, auditors, and legal providers, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Growth and Engineering.
What We're Looking ForRequired:Currently studying, on a gap year, or recently graduated in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
