You'll own the full implementation lifecycle — from sales handoff to go-live — working directly with customers every day while feeding insights back to the core engineering team.

What You'll DoOwn end-to-end technical implementation of customer deployments, from initial handoff through go-live.
Configure and fine-tune AI models for customer-specific use cases, including prompt engineering and model behavior adjustments.
Structure customer data and build system integrations with platforms like SAP and various REST/GraphQL APIs.
Interpret unstructured RFQs (PDFs, emails, Excel files) and translate them into automated quoting workflows.
Engage daily with technical users and senior business stakeholders to translate real pain points into engineering decisions.
