Your MissionAs we deepen our collaboration with our parent company, dwpbank, we are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused person to lead one of our most important cross-company initiatives.
In this role, you will act as the central coordination point for a joint offering with dwpbank.
You will bring clarity to complexity, align stakeholders across both organizations, and drive the overall program across commercial, product, and governance workstreams.
Your job is to ensure that the right topics move forward, dependencies are surfaced early, and teams stay focused on what matters most.
