Tasks United Infrastructure are currently looking to recruit a Senior Design Coordinator for our Social Housing design team.
To assist the Design Manager in coordinating the consultant team in the development of the detailed design, ensuring the design is fully coordinated and complies the United Infrastructure's.
Coordinate technical and design processes, design teams and subcontractors throughout detail design, procurement and construction, monitoring progress to ensure delivery on time and in budget Technical design coordination of schemes, in accordance with agreed programme, ensuring company targets are met and that the maximum revenue is generated by the quality, cost effectiveness and buildability of the design.
Assisting Design Manager with reviewing of consultants detail design drawings and subcontractor designs Coordinating consultants and their deliverables driving a high standard Ensuring that designs comply with Company’s standards Promoting design that respects budgetary constraints Providing support to Design Manager on job running Ensuring fully complete, correct and coo.
