Your Role As our Funding & Grant Manager, you will play a key role in securing the funding that drives STABL's innovation and growth.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying new public funding opportunities, developing compelling grant applications, and managing funded projects throughout their lifecycle.
Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Finance, and external funding bodies, you'll help transform innovative ideas into successful, funded projects while ensuring compliance with grant.
Additionally, you'll provide administrative support for our intellectual property portfolio by helping maintain patent documentation and monitoring relevant developments as those will be the basis for grant applications.

Your mission Write Successful Grant Applications Lead the preparation and writing of grant proposals from concept to submission.
Coordinate contributions from Engineering, Product Management, Finance, and leadership to ensure high-quality submissions.
Identify & Secure New Funding Opportunities Identify and evaluate regional, national, and European funding programs that align with STABL's technology roadmap and strategic objectives.
Proactively monitor upcoming funding calls and assess their relevance for the business.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify suitable projects and innovation initiatives for funding.
Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and reporting deadlines.
Prepare project documentation and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
