About The RoleThis Legal Counsel role will support Volta's Executive team and Legal / Compliance team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the agreements that underpin the company's fundraising, strategic direction and operations — from capital raises with investors / debt financings, vendor / procurement contracts to customer / partnership agreements.

This role works also closely with the Delivery, Procurement, and Corporate Development teams across a fast-moving infrastructure business, and is well suited to a lawyer who enjoys getting close to the commercial detail.

What You Will Be DoingDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor, procurement, and customer agreements, factoring in commercial risk, operational.
