What We're Looking ForRequired3+ years of experience applying AI in real-world, production contexts — ideally including regulated domains.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
Proven track record building AI-powered automation that accelerates real workflows.
Solid computer science fundamentals with a pragmatic, clean coding style.
Genuine interest in how businesses operate — accounting, finance, and process optimisation.
Nice to HaveGerman language proficiency.
Domain knowledge in accounting, tax advisory, or financial compliance.
Background from or familiarity with consulting, finance, or legal-tech environments.
