Our platform integrates with ERP systems to help sales teams work proactively, automate routine tasks, and grow revenue with existing customers.

We're a team of 11–50 people based in Berlin, backed at an early funding stage, and moving fast.

As Founder's Associate, you'll work directly alongside the CEO as a true right hand — owning high-impact cross-functional projects, building operational foundations, and helping the company scale.

This is a high-ownership, broad-scope role for someone who thrives with minimal direction, runs toward ambiguity, and genuinely wants to learn how a company is built from the inside out.

What You'll DoPartner closely with the CEO on the company's highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives.

• Own cross-functional projects end-to-end — from scoping and execution through to reporting outcomes.

Build and continuously refine internal processes and operational infrastructure that can scale with the company.

• Support strategic workstreams including market analysis, partnership evaluation, fundraising materials, and new market entry.

Serve as a translator and connector between GTM, Product, and Engineering teams — ensuring alignment and unblocking momentum.

Identify blockers proactively and resolve them, even without a playbook.

Step in on urgent issues and take full responsibility for timely outcomes.
