We're hiring a Founding Product Engineer to own and shape the clinician-facing product experience end-to-end.
You'll work closely with founders, designers, and clinicians to transform complex clinical workflows into polished, reliable software that directly improves care delivery.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at a small, fast-moving team — you'll have an outsized influence on both the product and the engineering culture from day one.
What You'll DoOwn major clinician-facing workflows from whiteboard through production — including implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration.
Drive frontend architecture and technical direction across provider and patient applications.
Influence APIs, data models, and overall system design while primarily owning the frontend.
Iterate quickly from rough concepts to polished production experiences alongside a product designer.
Debug complex production issues spanning browsers, APIs, third-party integrations, and infrastructure.
Contribute to engineering culture through thoughtful code reviews, technical discussions, and pragmatic decision-making.
Leverage AI development tools as a core part of your workflow while maintaining full ownership of system design and production quality.
What We're Looking ForRequired:Demonstrated experience leading significant technical initiatives or owning major product areas end-to-end.
Strong hands-on experience with React and Next.
js (TypeScript familiarity assumed).
Proven track record of owning user-facing features from concept through production.
Comfortable collaborating across the frontend/backend boundary — working with APIs and debugging backend behavior.
