As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll take technical ownership of a major platform surface, work directly with the CTO and founding engineers to shape product and infrastructure strategy, and help define how we build and ship software at scale.

What You'll DoOwn a platform — web, desktop, iOS, or backend — and deliver real-time, low-latency features end-to-end.
Architect scalable services and define cross-stack best practices that balance performance, reliability, and product velocity.
Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and foster a high-performing, learning-oriented engineering culture.
Build and maintain a robust delivery pipeline, including CI/CD, test automation, and deployment strategies.
Document architectural decisions and communicate clearly across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams.
What We're Looking ForRequired:Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.
js with a strong modern full-stack development background.
Familiarity with Swift or C++ (at least one is required).
Strongly valued:Experience building and operating real-time, low-latency features and performance optimizations.
Exposure to audio, voice, or AI technologies.
Experience with privacy-focused architectures or real-time data pipelines.
Strong track record with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and delivery infrastructure.
