The Team:
As the Senior Site Services Manager, you will lead all aspects of facilities and maintenance operations across the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment

You'll oversee building and equipment maintenance, contractor and vendor relationships, budgets, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Leading a team of Facilities colleagues, you'll inspire high performance, deliver against key KPIs and objectives, and ensure the site operates to the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You Will Be Doing:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="1jh6prp" data-start="28" data-end="179">Lead, motivate, and develop the Facilities & Maintenance team to achieve outstanding performance and help every colleague reach their full potential.

</li> <li data-section-id="6lt1cq" data-start="180" data-end="303">Oversee the day-to-day operation of site facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-performing working environment.

</li> <li data-section-id="quqzkb" data-start="304" data-end="444">Manage and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

</li> <li data-section-id="o6xcnk" data-start="445" data-end="578">Act as the first point of contact for colleague queries, working closely with HR, Training, and other support teams where required.

</li> <li data-section-id="17cbdgv" data-start="579" data-end="688">Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, reliability, and efficiency.

</li> <li data-section-id="xlucbk" data-start="689" data-end="837">Lead facilities procurement activities, including tendering and RFP processes, to secure best value and effective facilities management solutions.
