You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and Data Engineering, managing a team of 4-5 people by the end of the year
You will be responsible for the performance, development, and operational effectiveness of the team, ensuring that resources are directed toward the highest-value commercial, product, and technical priorities.
