</strong></p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Managing Principal Consultant with deep Life & Pensions expertise to support and deliver high-impact projects for our UK clients.
This role blends strategic leadership, delivery, and hands-on consulting across digital transformation, data, regulatory change, customer transformation, and AI-enabled business transformation.
You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align business and technology priorities while helping expand Capco's Life & Pensions consulting practice.
You'll also encourage the responsible use of approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve delivery quality, accelerate insight, and enhance client outcomes, applying appropriate human judgement and governance throughout.
</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver complex change and transformation programmes across the Life & Pensions sector, using AI-enabled approaches where appropriate to improve efficiency, insight, and delivery quality.
</li> <li>Support initiatives across digital transformation, customer experience, data, regulatory change, AI, and agile ways of working.
</li> <li>Engage senior client stakeholders, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful value delivery, embedding responsible AI practices and appropriate governance throughout delivery.
</li> <li>Support business development activities, contributing to client growth and account development, including identifying opportunities where AI can create measurable business value.
</li> <li>Build trusted partnerships with clients, vendors, and internal stakehold.
