</strong></p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Managing Principal Consultant with deep General Insurance expertise to support and deliver high-impact projects for our UK clients.
This role blends strategic leadership, delivery, and hands-on consulting across digital transformation, data, regulatory change, and AI-enabled business transformation.
You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to align business and technology priorities while helping expand Capco's insurance consulting practice.
You'll also encourage the responsible use of approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve delivery quality, accelerate insight, and enhance client outcomes, applying appropriate human judgement and governance throughout.
</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver complex change and transformation programmes across the General Insurance sector, using AI-enabled approaches where appropriate to improve efficiency, insight, and delivery quality.
</li> <li>Support initiatives across digital transformation, data, regulatory change, AI, and agile ways of working.
</li> <li>Engage senior client stakeholders, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful value delivery, embedding responsible AI practices and appropriate governance throughout delivery.
