We are currently looking for a Creative Operations Intern to join our Creative team in Berlin for a 6-month internship.

In this role, you'll help the creative team stay organized and on track, supporting the Creative Operations Lead with the day-to-day coordination that keeps projects, deadlines, and deliverables moving smoothly.

 Your TasksSupport the Creative Operations Lead with the day-to-day coordination and tracking of creative projects, deadlines, feedback, approvals, and deliverables.

• Maintain and organize the creative team’s Notion ticketing system, including statuses, due dates, assignments, and project information.

Review incoming tickets for missing information and help keep project data accurate and up to date.

Assist with weekly planning, project status updates, meeting notes, action items, and stakeholder follow-ups.

Collect and organize data for reporting on project volume, delivery timelines, overdue work, and team capacity.
