The role is focused on leading multidisciplinary project teams within a single Elgin delivery framework, ensuring that finance, legal, engineering, procurement, construction, operations, route-to-market and external adviser inputs are coordinated into one clear project position from late stage development / FID through construction, commissioning, commercial operations and handover to Asset Management.

Particular emphasis will be placed on lender, investor, SPV governance and internal delivery interfaces.

 This role requires significant project and contract management experience, including direct involvement in project finance processes, lender due diligence, conditions precedent, drawdown evidence, lender reporting, waivers / consents and coordination with lender technical advisers.

The successful candidate will need specific experience with FIDIC based Construction Contracts, strong commercial judgement, disciplined contract administration capability and the ability to translate project delivery status into clear funding, governance and decision-making outputs.

 To be successful in the role, you will have experience representing a client, employer, sponsor or SPV in the delivery of complex infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
