What you'll be doingAs CFO for our Luxembourg-regulated entity, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining the financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and fiscal oversight of Satispay's European hub.

  • Acting as a regulator-approved key executive, your role involves aligning ambitious group-wide corporate goals with the demands of banking compliance, managing the local balance sheet, and safeguarding of the entity's capital adequacy.

You will lead the entity's scalable Finance function, including statutory reporting, financial control, audit coordination, finance operations, and integration with the Group Finance organization to support Satispay's growth and regulatory evolution.
