Über die Position

Als Senior Business Process Manager im Bereich Supply Flow & Central Disposition übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Gestaltung, Harmonisierung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer End-to-End-Supply-Chain-Prozesse.

Du stellst sicher, dass die Flow- und Supply-Chain-Strategie von GROPYUS in robuste, skalierbare und effiziente Geschäftsprozesse übersetzt wird – von der Produktionsplanung über Transport bis zur Baustellenlogistik.

Dein Fokus liegt auf Prozessdesign, Operational Excellence und datengetriebener Steuerung, mit starkem Bezug zur operativen Umsetzung.

Deine Aufgaben

Gestaltung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der End-to-End Supply-Chain-Prozesse (Werk–Transport–Baustelle) sowie Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Masterplans über alle Projekte
Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Kapazitäts-, Slotting- und Sequenzierungsprozessen zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen Materialflusses
Früherkennung von Abweichungen und Engpässen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen
Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von Lean-, TOC- und digitalen Steuerungsansätzen (z. B
SAP, Track & Trace, Control Tower) inklusive KPI-basiertem Performance-Monitoring </.
