What You'll DoOwn regional outcomes across DACH, operating primarily from Munich.
Run each account as a structured consulting engagement — stakeholder mapping, diagnostics, roadmapping, rollout, and measurable results.
Identify the highest-value AI use cases for each customer and diagnose where AI creates the most leverage.
Build the first agents yourself to prove value, then drive adoption org-wide.
Host executive workshops, strategic briefings, and leadership-oriented QBRs.
Navigate complex enterprise politics to find champions, remove blockers, and expand impact.
Represent the voice of the customer to product and engineering — prioritising what they need and pushing back when necessary.
Systematically automate your own workflows by building agents to eliminate manual work.
What We're Looking ForDealbreakers:Native-level German proficiency — essential for C-suite engagements in the DACH market.
Based in Munich or fully willing to relocate.
3+ years of enterprise AI transformation experience delivering roadmaps and C-suite engagements at large enterprises.
Hands-on experience shipping production.
