What You'll DoWork directly alongside the Director of Finance & People as a hands-on contributor, acting as a trusted right hand across projects and priorities.
Prepare decision briefs and support cross-functional initiatives, keeping projects on track across Finance, Growth, Engineering, and Legal.
Contribute to accurate, reliable financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
Assist with operational controlling, including budget planning, financial forecasting, and liquidity tracking.
Build monthly reports, conduct ad hoc deep dives, and translate data into clear, decision-ready analysis.
Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI tools, low-code platforms, and smart integrations to reduce manual workflows.
Help evolve the finance function from static reporting toward dynamic, AI-enhanced financial intelligence.
Coordinate with external tax advisors, auditors, and legal providers.
What We're Looking ForMust-haves:Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
Professional working proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
Foundational knowledge of accounting principles sufficient to support financial clo.
