Solve core energy retail challenges: billing, procurement, customer retention, and cost optimization.
Shape engineering culture, tooling, and processes, and help raise the bar as the team grows.

What We're Looking ForMust-haves:A track record of shipping real product work — we assess what you've built, not just years on a résumé.
2+ years of software engineering experience delivering end-to-end, full-stack products to production.
Proven end-to-end ownership of zero-to-one problems, from discovery to live product.
Hands-on experience with AI-native codebases and AI-assisted development tools.
Comfort solving billing, procurement, customer retention, or cost-optimization problems in a consumer-facing or energy retail doma.
