This role sits at the intersection of outbound enterprise sales, strategic project ownership, and operational support, and is central to building the company's go-to-market engine across the DACH region.
You will be an extension of the founders: owning projects end-to-end, driving pipeline, shaping positioning, and helping steer the company's direction.
This is an ideal role for a high-ownership generalist who thrives in ambiguity and wants to make a measurable impact at an early-stage company in the energy sector.
Work arrangement: On-site in Munich, approximately 4 days per week.

What You'll DoBuild and maintain a strong enterprise sales pipeline across DACH in close partnership with the founding team.
Run outbound execution — cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach — with tailored, insight-driven messaging.
Refine ICP, targeting strategy, and value propositions based on market and prospect feedback.
Produce high-quality sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, follow-ups, and business cases to improve conversion rates.
Join discovery calls to surface customer insights and translate them into sharper positioning and messaging.
Contribute to marketing content and event preparation (newsletters, social content, messaging).
Rapidly develop deep knowledge of energy markets and the product to continuously improve sales and product direction.
Operate autonomously in ambiguous environments and iterate on team processes as the company scales.
