As one of the first engineers, you will own the product technically from day one — partnering directly with the founders to build a category-defining platform that automates project documentation, decision tracking, workflow management, and risk analysis for the construction industry.
You will have end-to-end ownership across the full stack, from data models and backend systems to intuitive, responsive user interfaces, with direct and visible impact on customer outcomes in a rapidly evolving market.
Important: German language proficiency is a hard requirement for this role.
What You'll DoBuild customer-facing features spanning database design through beautiful, responsive frontends.
Design robust, scalable systems capable of handling complex workflows and large, real-world datasets.
Ship code fast — work in a high-velocity environment where ideas go from concept to production in days.
Build sophisticated data workflows leveraging AI and vector data capabilities.
Collaborate closely with founders to shape product direction and key technical decisions.
What We're Looking ForRequired.
