As an Associate Founding Engineer (Full-Stack), you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with founding engineers from the very early days, receive direct mentorship from senior technical leaders, and grow your ownership and responsibility as you demonstrate your strengths.

What We're Looking ForRequired:Solid foundation in TypeScript and modern React.
Nice to have / additional strengths:Demonstrable experience in one or more of: mobile (Swift), desktop (Electron/React), or web backend (Node.
js, REST/WebSockets).
Proven track record delivering features across multiple platforms (Web, Electron/React Desktop, and Swift Mobile) within a single product.
Comfort working in GitHub-based teams with code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience participating in early-stage product discussions and influencing architectural decisions.
Open-source contributions or showcaseable side projects that demonstrate initiative.
University degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or an adjacent discipline.
Enthusiasm for fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.

Location & Work ArrangementThis is a hybrid role based in Munich, Germany.
Regular on-site presence at the Munich office is required as part of the role.
