We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take meaningful technical ownership across our product surfaces: web app, desktop client, iOS app, and backend services.
You'll work closely with the CTO and founding engineers to shape architecture and technical strategy, while also mentoring teammates and raising the engineering bar across the team.
This is a hybrid role based in Munich, Germany.

What You'll DoTake end-to-end technical ownership of a core platform (web, desktop, iOS, or backend) and ship real-time, low-latency features.
Architect scalable services and define cross-stack best practices, balancing performance, reliability, and product velocity.
Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and foster a high-performing, learning-oriented engineering culture.
Build and maintain a robust delivery pipeline — CI/CD, test automation, and deployment strategies.
Document architectural decisions and communicate effectively across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams.
What We're Looking ForRequired:Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.
js with a modern full-stack development approach.
Familiarity with Swift or C++ (at least one is required).
Strongly Preferred:Experience delivering real-time, low-latency features and performance optimizations at scale.
Familiarity with privacy-focused architectures.
