What We're Looking ForMust-haves:1–3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment — early-stage startup, strategy consulting, or venture capital.
Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) — this is a hard requirement.
Proven experience developing and launching new business ideas or go-to-market strategies from scratch (0 → 1).
